| Our focus is to give an understanding of how to use Gung-Fu in self
defense, as well as teach a more peaceful lifestyle with the help of better
breathing. The classes teach our four basic animal styles: Tiger,
Ram, Crane, and Snake, as well as three other styles developed by Grandmaster
Mims: Pinch, Powerdriver, and Slap. The use of Chi Kung with these
styles enhances their usefulness, as well as helping endurance.
Joseph Lankford has been studying with Grandmaster Mims for four (4) years, during which he has had both basic studies and instructor training. Joseph has been an instructor for three and a half years. His devotion to the styles that he teaches inspires his students. Nathan Opicka has been studying for two (2) years and has a mastery of basics and has a way of teaching that makes learning simple and easy. |
